Wholesale

If you are a retailer and would like to sell iZen products in your store, register to enjoy our products at wholesale costs.

The process is easy:

1. Sign up for a wholesale account by sending us an email with the following information:

Your Name
Company Name
Shipping address
Billing address (offer option to say same as shipping address)
Phone number
Tax ID

2. Email us at info@izenbamboo.com with the details of your order. 

First-time orders require a minimum of $300 total and must be pre-paid with check or credit/debit card. We keep your card information on file so there is no need to resubmit payment information each time you order.

Reorder terms:

Net 30 terms are available upon approval of credit. Updated credit references must be on file to receive Net 30 terms. Please note that any account not paid within terms will automatically be put on prepay status for future shipments. All reorders must reach a minimum of $99 or a $5.00 service charge will apply.

Shipping:

Freight charges are billed with your merchandise. Merchandise is F.O.B. Aurora, CO. Our preferred carrier is UPS.

Claims:

Claims for defective merchandise or shipping damage must be made within 10 days or receipt of merchandise.
